Orders

For products that are in-stock, orders are processed within 1-2 business days before being passed to one of our courier partners for delivery. You will receive a confirmation email from MOEBE once your order has been received, and again when your order is ready to be shipped. Please contact info@moebe.dk regarding shipment of larger quantities.

For made-to-order items, payment will be taken at checkout and the item will be delivered when ready. Pease refer to the product page for estimated delivery times.

We do not currently ship to other countries, but our products are sold in many retailers around the world. You can use our retailer locator to find your closest one.

For orders going to the EU and UK, duties and taxes will be included within the final cost, ensuring no additional fees or paperwork are required.

Returns

Articles bought on Moebe.dk are fully returnable and refundable within 14 days of receipt. If you want to return an item please let us know within 14 days by sending an email to info@moebe.dk explaining which articles you want to return. 

We can arrange return postage, which will be charged at a fixed rate outlined below. Larger items including Shelving System, Modular Sofa, Bed and Dining Tables will have a higher shipping cost, and we will confirm this with you before booking the shipment. Any cost of shipping will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. 

Denmark: 60 DKK
Europe: (excluding Norway, Switzerland, Great Britain and Northern Ireland): €8
Norway & Switzerland: €20
Great Britain & Northern Ireland: £18

Note that the right of withdrawal is annulled if you use the product in a way that obviously reduces the sales value significantly. The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt and in the original packaging. If not, you will receive a refund equal to the state of the item.

Please note that if you organise your own shipping you are responsible for the goods until we receive them and if an item is broken or lost during shipment you can be held responsible. In that case it is your own responsibility to document the return.
