TSU-TSU Pendant

TSU-TSU Pendant is a limited ceramic light made in the Bizen ware tradition, one of Japan’s historic ceramic crafts. It was developed in collaboration with designer Shizuka Tatsuno and pottery workshop DAIKURA.

Each pendant is wrapped in rice straw and fired using the traditional hidasuki technique. As the straw burns away, it leaves soft red markings across the unglazed surface. These markings are created by fire, clay and chance, making every pendant unique.

The pendant casts a direct pool of light below, surrounded by a soft, warm glow.
