5 Year Warranty

MOEBE ApS provides this guarantee at no extra cost. In these terms, we, us and our mean MOEBE ApS.

We want every MOEBE product to remain useful and work as intended for many years.

What is covered

Every complete MOEBE product bought new by a consumer for private use in the European Union is guaranteed to maintain its intended functions and performance during normal use for five years from delivery.

If your product does not meet this promise, we will repair or replace it free of charge. We will decide which solution is most suitable. Any repair or replacement will be completed within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you.

We will cover the reasonable costs needed to repair or replace the product, including shipping. When a part can be safely and reasonably replaced by the customer without significant inconvenience, we may provide the replacement part together with clear instructions.

If the original product is no longer available, we may replace it with an equivalent MOEBE product. A repair or replacement does not restart or extend the original guarantee period unless the law requires this.

What is not covered

Materials naturally change over time. Expected cosmetic changes such as minor scratches, fading, changes in colour or texture, natural patina and natural variations in materials are not covered when they do not affect how the product works or performs.

The guarantee also does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unusual use, incorrect storage, incorrect assembly or installation, failure to follow our care or use instructions, inadequate maintenance, or a repair or alteration that was not carried out according to our instructions.

These exceptions apply only when they caused the problem. A product that stops working as intended through normal use during the five year period is covered.

Tell us which product you have, when and where it was bought, and what has gone wrong. Please include reasonable proof of purchase. Photographs can help us assess the problem. We may ask you to make the product available so that we can inspect, repair or replace it.

Your legal rights

You also have legal rights against the seller if a product does not meet the sales contract. The seller must provide the remedies required by law free of charge.

These rights are separate from this guarantee and are not changed or limited by it. You may choose whether to contact the seller about your legal rights or us about this guarantee.
